摘　　要：高炉干法煤气除尘是一种在钢铁企业中应用较广泛的煤气净化技术,与湿法除尘相比,干法布袋除尘具有节水、环保、除尘效果好的特点。煤气温度的控制对于高炉干法煤气除尘系统的稳定运行至关重要,当煤气温度低于80℃时,会导致煤气中水蒸气凝结,使除尘布袋受潮,产生板结,降低除尘能力,当煤气温度大于260℃时,会将除尘布袋烧损,本文对巴州钢铁高炉强化冶炼情况下,煤气干法布袋除尘工艺、装备的描述,总结了低顶温运行对其产生的不利影响,提出了相应的优化措施,保障了煤气干法布袋除尘系统的安全运行,为巴州钢铁高质量发展奠定了坚实的基础。Dry gas dust removal from blast furnace is a gas purification technology widely used in iron and steel enterprises.Compared with wet dust removal,dry bag dust removal has the characteristics of water saving,environmental protection and good dust removal effect.The control of gas temperature is very important for the stable operation of the dry gas dust removal system of the blast furnace.When the gas temperature is lower than 80℃,the water vapor in the gas will condenses,which will cause the dust removal bag to be damp,produce compaction,and reduce the dust removal capacity.When the gas temperature is higher than 260℃,the dust removal bag will be burned.The paper describes the dust removal process and equipment of gas dry bag,summarizes the adverse effects of low top temperature operation on it,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures to ensure the safe operation of gas dry bag dust removal system,which lays a solid foundation for the high-quality development of Bazhou Iron and Steel.
