摘  要:本文聚焦于空分冷箱板式换热器时常出现的进水及二氧化碳冻堵事故,详尽介绍现场工作人员快速处理此类问题并恢复生产的实用操作方法。文中细致阐述了事故判断的依据、具体处理步骤以及恢复生产的流程,该应用实践能够显著缩短板式换热器发生冻堵后处理的时长,有效降低企业因停产而遭受的经济损失,极大提高空分设备运行的可靠性与稳定性。This article focuses on the water ingress and carbon dioxide freezing blockage accidents that frequently occur in the plate heat exchangers of air separation cold boxes.It elaborately introduces the practical operation methods for on-site workers to quickly handle such problems and resume production.The article meticulously elaborates on the basis for accident judgment,specific handling steps,and the production restoration process.This practical application can remarkably shorten the handling time after the plate heat exchanger is frozen and blocked,effectively reduce the economic losses suffered by enterprises due to production shutdowns,and greatly improve the reliability and stability of the operation of air separation equipment.
