摘  要:本文对伊犁钢铁两座530m^(3)高炉炉缸侧壁碳砖温度异常升高的处理方法进行了分析与总结。炉缸侧壁温度升高不仅制约高炉生产,还存在较高的安全风险。当炉缸侧壁碳砖温度超过500℃时,必须采取控制措施,如配加钒钛矿护炉、降低冶炼强度、维护铁口深度、调整风口、增强炉缸侧壁冷却强度等,以防止温度继续上升。特别是在炉役末期,高炉炉缸耐材腐蚀严重,需时刻关注炉缸工作状态,既要保证炉况顺行,又要控制炉缸侧壁碳砖温度异常升高。因此,在高炉连续生产过程中,需建立预警机制,根据炉缸侧壁温度变化及时调整操业方针,以确保高炉的稳定生产。This paper analyzes and summarizes the treatment method of abnormally high temperature of carbon bricks on the side wall of two 530 m^(3)blast furnaces of Yili Steel.The elevated temperature of the cylinder sidewall not only restricts the blast furnace production,but also has high safety risk.When the temperature of carbon bricks on the side wall of the furnace cylinder exceeds 500℃,control measures must be taken,such as adding vanadium and titanium ore to protect the furnace,lowering the smelting intensity,maintaining the depth of the iron mouth,adjusting the wind mouth,and enhancing the cooling intensity of the side wall of the furnace cylinder to prevent the temperature from continuing to rise.Especially at the end of furnace service,the blast furnace cylinder refractory material erosion is serious,need to pay attention to the working condition of the furnace cylinder,not only to ensure the furnace condition is smooth,but also to control the cylinder side wall carbon brick temperature abnormally high.Therefore,in the process of continuous production of blast furnace,it is necessary to establish an early warning mechanism,according to the temperature change of the side wall of the cylinder to adjust the operation policy in time,in order to ensure the stable production of the blast furnace.
