摘　　要：本文围绕新疆八一钢铁股份公司1750 mm热轧板带生产线弯窜辊改造升级应用,阐述了弯窜辊技术在板带生产中的重要性,介绍了板形控制方法,包括辊温控制法、液压弯辊法、轧辊轴向移动法及液压弯辊技术的特点。以1750mm热轧精轧机弯窜辊装置为例,详细展示了新型弯窜辊结构的优势。在原设计基础上进行了部分创新改进,原1750 mm热轧产线F1-F6精轧机采用的是SMS移动式弯辊缸结构。在投产的十多年时间里,随着设备的老化及结构的不合理,弯窜辊装置存在故障率高、设备维护量大、换辊时间长等问题,严重影响企业效益。为提高板材质量及成材率,降低设备的维护量,对原有弯窜辊装置进行升级。轧机轧制过程实现了闭环精确控制,满足了生产高质量产品的工艺要求。This paper focuses on the application of the transformation and upgrading of the bending and shifting roll of the 1750mm hot-rolled strip production line of Xinjiang Bayi Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.It expounds the importance of the bending and shifting roll technology in strip production,and introduces the methods of strip shape control,including the roll temperature control method,the hydraulic roll bending method,the roll axial movement method and the characteristics of the hydraulic roll bending technology.Taking the bending and shifting roll device of the 1750mm hot-rolled finishing mill as an example,it demonstrates in detail the advantages of the new bending and shifting roll structure.Some innovative improvements were made on the basis of the original design.The F1-F6 finishing mills of the original 1750mm hot-rolled production line adopted the SMS mobile roll bending cylinder structure.During the more than 10 years since it was put into production,with the aging of the equipment and the irrationality of the structure,the bending and shifting roll device had problems such as a high failure rate,a large amount of equipment maintenance and a long roll changing time,which seriously affected the enterprise's benefits.In order to improve the quality of the plates and the yield rate and reduce the amount of equipment maintenance,the original bending and shifting roll device was upgraded.The rolling process of the mill has achieved closed-loop precise control,meeting the technological requirements for producing high-quality products.
