摘  要:本研究聚焦集装箱岸桥钢丝绳维保作业中涉及的风险防控问题,旨在提升设备的运行安全性和稳定性。通过对钢丝绳在使用过程中的损耗机理进行分析,识别出导致钢丝绳故障的主要风险因素,包括机械磨损、腐蚀及疲劳破坏等。在此基础上构建了适用于维保作业的风险评估模型并通过实际案例验证模型的可行性。针对钢丝绳维保过程中存在的风险,研究提出了预防性维护策略,强调了监测与检测技术的重要性并制定了相应的应急处理方案。通过数据分析、模型公式及图表展示,本研究为集装箱岸桥钢丝绳的维保作业提供了系统性的风险防控措施,具有较强的实用价值和指导意义。This study focuses on the risk prevention and control issues involved in the maintenance of steel wire ropes for container shore cranes,aiming to improve the operational safety and stability of equipment.By analyzing the wear mechanism of steel wire ropes during use,the main risk factors causing wire rope failures are identified,including mechanical wear,corrosion,and fatigue damage.On this basis,a risk assessment model suitable for maintenance operations was constructed and the feasibility of the model was verified through practical cases.A preventive maintenance strategy has been proposed for the risks in the maintenance process of steel wire ropes,emphasizing the importance of monitoring and detection technology and developing corresponding emergency response plans.Through data analysis,model formulas,and chart display,this study provides systematic risk prevention and control measures for the maintenance operation of container quay crane wire ropes,which has strong practical value and guiding significance.
