摘 要:论文基于机械工程创新,探究金矿选矿新型筛分设备的研发与应用,从筛分工艺优化、结构创新、智能化控制及耐磨性设计四个方面展开详细论述。研究发现,采用高强度合金钢、陶瓷涂层等先进材料,结合智能控制系统和多层复合结构设计,可全面提升选矿效率、设备稳定性及使用寿命,显著提高金矿资源的回收率,为矿业设备技术的发展提供科学支持。Based on mechanical engineering innovation,this paper explores the development and application of new screening equipment for gold ore beneficiation,and discusses in detail from four aspects:screening process optimization,structural innovation,intelligent control and wear resistance design.Research has found that the use of advanced materials such as high-strength alloy steel and ceramic coatings,combined with intelligent control systems and multi-layer composite structure designs,can comprehensively improve mineral processing efficiency,equipment stability and service life,and significantly increase the recovery rate of gold resources.Provide scientific support for the development of mining equipment technology.
