摘  要:煤矿用高端电缆在运行过程中会产生复杂的电磁场。监测设备在这种电磁环境下容易受到干扰,导致监测信号失真,无法实时精准地获取电缆终端的电流信号,导致电缆终端局部劣化监测出现误差。为此,研究考虑电流谐波特征的煤矿用高端电缆终端局部劣化监测技术。利用谐波传感装置实时捕获电缆终端的电流信号,并通过小波包分解将电流信号映射至频域,提取出电流谐波分量。选用BP神经网络,输入谐波分量归一化处理后形成的电缆谐波分量特征值数据,输出对应的电缆终端局部劣化值。根据劣化值将电缆的劣化状态分为A至E五个阶段,并给出相应的处理建议。实验结果显示,研究技术的监测的劣化度与实际劣化度具有极高的拟合度,说明监测误差非常小。并通过C-001电缆终端绝缘击穿放电故障的可视化验证,进一步证明了该技术的实际应用价值较高。High end cables used in coal mines generate complex electromagnetic fields during operation.Monitoring equipment is susceptible to interference in this electromagnetic environment,resulting in distortion of monitoring signals and inability to accurately obtain real-time current signals from cable terminals,leading to errors in monitoring local degradation of cable terminals.Therefore,research is being conducted on monitoring technology for local degradation of high-end cable terminals used in coal mines,taking into account the characteristics of current harmonics.Real time capture of current signals at cable terminals using harmonic sensing devices,and mapping the current signals to the frequency domain through wavelet packet decomposition to extract current harmonic components.Select BP neural network,input the normalized harmonic component characteristic value data of the cable,and output the corresponding local degradation value of the cable terminal.Divide the degradation status of the cable into five stages A to E based on the degradation value,and provide corresponding treatment suggestions.The experimental results show that the monitoring degradation of the research technology has a high degree of fit with the actual degradation,indicating that the monitoring error is very small.And the visualization verification of the insulation breakdown discharge fault at the C-001 cable terminal further proves the high practical application value of this technology.
