摘  要:风电塔架是风力发电系统的核心组成部分,它不仅承载着风电机组的主体结构和轮毂及叶片,还要承受各种环境因素影响,如风力、温度变化、震动等,因此风力发电塔架的设计、制造及安装都需要高度的技术要求和严格的质量控制。风电塔架多功能焊接平台作为塔架制造过程的关键设备,其设备技术水平、设备结构性能都直接影响到风力塔架的制造质量、生产效率、生产环境、产品性能和安全性等。本文对风电塔架焊接平台的制造组装技术和焊接平台应用进行具体分析阐述。Wind power tower is the core component of wind power generation system,which not only carries the main structure of wind turbine,hub and blades,but also has to withstand the impact of various environmental factors,such as wind,temperature changes,vibration,etc.Therefore,the design,manufacture and installation of wind power tower require high technical requirements and strict quality control.Wind power tower multifunctional welding platform as a tower manufacturing process of key equipment,its equipment technology level,equipment structure performance are directly affecting the wind tower manufacturing quality,production efficiency,production environment,product performance and safety.In this paper,the wind power tower welding platform manufacturing assembly technology and welding platform application for specific analysis and elaboration.
