摘 要:为了提高原子吸收光谱仪(AAS)硬件故障诊断的效率,本文分析了原子吸收光谱仪常见的硬件故障类型和影响,设计了一种硬件故障应急处理系统。通过实时监控仪器各关键部件的状态,结合信号处理和频谱分析技术,能够快速识别故障并自动响应。实验结果表明,该系统在故障检测与诊断准确性上达到95%以上,能够有效减少停机时间,提高设备的运行效率和稳定性。应急处理系统的引入,大幅提高了故障恢复速度,确保了仪器持续稳定运行。In order to improve the efficiency of hardware fault diagnosis in atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS),this paper analyzes the common types and effects of hardware faults in AAS,and designs a hardware fault emergency handling system.By real-time monitoring of the status of key components of the instrument,combined with signal processing and spectrum analysis techniques,faults can be quickly identified and automatically responded to.The experimental results show that the system achieves an accuracy of over 95%in fault detection and diagnosis,effectively reducing downtime and improving equipment efficiency and stability.The introduction of emergency response systems has significantly improved the speed of fault recovery and ensured the continuous and stable operation of instruments.
