摘 要:湖羊是我国特有的绵羊品种,凭借高繁殖力、高生长速度和高环境适应性等优势成为养殖数量较多的绵羊品种之一。在绵羊养殖业中,产羔性状和生长性状的优劣与经济效益息息相关。随着现代分子生物学发展,分子标记辅助选择技术在绵羊产羔性状和生长性状的育种改良工作中发挥了重要作用,对优势分子标记进行获取和应用,可显著降低育种改良成本并提高育种改良速度。因此,本文综述了湖羊BMPR1B、ESR、GDF9、MC4R、GHR、GH、PLAG1等基因中的多个分子标记及其对湖羊产羔性状和生长性状的遗传效应,旨在为高产、优质、快长等新品种湖羊的培育提供科学资料。Hu sheep belong to Chinese unique sheep breed,which has become one of the sheep breeds with higher breeding numbers via its advantages such as high reproductive capacity,high growth rate,and high environmental adaptability.In Hu sheep breeding industry,the quality of litter size and growth trait is closely related to economic benefits.With the development of modern molecular biology,molecular marker assisted technology has played an important role in the breeding and improvement of litter size and growth trait in sheep.By obtaining and applying dominant molecular markers,the breeding and improvement costs have been significantly reduced,and breeding and improvement speed has been significantly increased.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of multiple molecular markers in genes such as BMPR1B,ESR,GDF9,MC4R,GHR,GH,PLAG1,and the molecular marker genetic effects on litter size and growth trait in Hu sheep,aiming to provide scientific data for the cultivation of new Hu sheep breed with high fertility,high quality and fast growth traits.
