摘　　要：整车色彩方案落实到颜色件层级的管理,是每个汽车企业在整车开发流程中都会面临的数据维护和管理课题。一汽-大众汽车有限公司研发部门在分析了当前的工作管理方案和总结了实际工作中的痛点后,改进和提升了整车色彩方案落实到颜色件层级的管理。通过上述实践提升了研发效率和颜色信息维护的准确性,本文对该管理方案在研发过程中的应用进行介绍。The management of vehicle color scheme implementation to the level of color parts is a data maintenance and management issue that every automobile company faces in the vehicle development process.After analyzing the current work management scheme and summarizing the pain points in the actual work,the R&D department of FAW-Volkswagen has improved and upgraded the management of vehicle color scheme implementation to the color part level.The above practice has improved the efficiency of R&D and the accuracy of color information maintenance,and this paper introduces the application of this management scheme in the R&D process.
