摘　　要：本文结合黄茅海跨海通道项目,深入研究BIM技术在高速公路项目管理中的具体应用,包括在信息化系统建设、数字工地管理、各业务模块中的应用,随后分析其对项目管理的价值,如提升管理效率、增强质量控制、保障安全施工等,旨在为高速公路工程项目管理中BIM技术的有效运用提供全面的理论支持和实践参考。Combined with the Huangmaohai cross-sea channel project,this paper deeply studies the specific application of BIM technology in highway project management,including the application in information system construction,digital site management,and various business modules,and then analyzes its value to project management,such as improving management efficiency,enhancing quality control,and ensuring safe construction,aiming to provide comprehensive theoretical support and practical reference for the effective application of BIM technology in highway project management.
