摘  要:为了提升地铁运营的安全性和效率,通过介绍地铁运营安全管理体系的评估与优化方案设计,分析了地铁运营安全的影响因素。首先,提取了包括设施维护、人员操作、行车组织、客运服务及运行环境等在内的关键安全影响因素。接着,构建了运营安全管理体系的判断矩阵,通过计算评估指标的权重,确定了地铁运营安全管理的风险等级。在此基础上,提出了针对性的优化方案,旨在强化安全管理措施,提升风险防控能力。优化方案包括加强设施维护、提升人员培训、优化行车组织和客运服务流程等。优化效果分析显示,实施该方案后,地铁运营的安全性和效率均得到显著提升。研究结果表明:通过科学评估与优化地铁运营安全管理体系,可以有效降低安全风险,保障地铁运营的平稳进行。In order to improve the safety and efficiency of subway operation,the influencing factors of subway operation safety are analyzed by introducing the evaluation and optimization scheme design of subway operation safety management system.Firstly,the key safety influencing factors including facility maintenance,personnel operation,driving organization,passenger service and operating environment were extracted.Then,the judgment matrix of the operation safety management system was constructed,and the risk level of subway operation safety management was determined by calculating the weight of the evaluation indicators.On this basis,a targeted optimization plan is proposed,aiming to strengthen safety management measures and improve risk prevention and control capabilities.The optimization plan includes strengthening facility maintenance,improving personnel training,and optimizing the organization of driving and passenger service processes.The optimization effect analysis shows that the safety and efficiency of metro operation have been significantly improved after the implementation of this scheme.The results show that the safety risk can be effectively reduced and the smooth operation of the subway can be effectively reduced by scientifically evaluating and optimizing the safety management system of subway operation.
