摘　　要：长沙地铁2号线信号系统改造项目利用夜间停运间隙在正线轨行区进行施工,为确保信号系统改造期间线缆运输的安全可靠、高效便捷。基于长沙地铁2号线既有的行车组织和维修模式,结合信号系统改造项目施工组织方案,研究确定采用大货车、轨道平板车及自制平板车分三步对线缆进行运输,通过相互之间的协同运转,最终实现各区间线缆运输任务。实践结果表明:通过三步运输法能确保线缆在正线轨行区的安全高效运输,为后续线路的改造施工提供借鉴和参考。The signal system reconstruction project of Changsha Metro Line 2 uses the night outage gap to carry out construction in the main line rail area,in order to ensure the safety,reliability,efficiency and convenience of cable transportation during the signal system transformation.Based on the existing driving organization and maintenance mode of Changsha Metro Line 2,combined with the construction organization plan of the signal system transformation project,it is determined that large trucks,rail flatbeds and self-made flatbeds will be used to transport cables in three steps,and finally realize the transportation tasks of cables in each section through coordinated operation between them.The practical results show that the three-step transportation method can ensure the safe and efficient transportation of cables in the main line rail area,and provide reference for the subsequent reconstruction and construction of the line.
