摘　　要：随着城镇化建设进程的不断推进,以及城市轨道交通建设速度的不断提升,以往的单线路轨道交通模式已远远无法满足人们的生产生活需求,多线路网络化轨道交通路线应运而生。与此同时,作为城市交通不可或缺的一部分,轨道交通的重要性日益凸显,而为了进一步确保轨道交通运输的安全性、可靠性,就必须重视轨道交通乘务运作的管理水平,这也是确保乘务服务质量的关键所在。对此,本文作者以当前我国城市轨道交通乘务运作管理现状为研究基础,探究了城市轨道交通乘务运作管理的重点和难点,并针对性提出了提高建议,以期能为我国城市轨道交通乘务运作管理水平的长远发展略尽绵薄之力。With the continuous advancement of urbanization and the continuous improvement of the construction speed of urban rail transit,the previous single-line rail transit mode is far from being able to meet the needs of people's production and life,and multi-line networked rail transit routes have come into being.At the same time,as an indispensable part of urban transportation,the importance of rail transit is becoming increasingly prominent.And in order to further ensure the safety and reliability of rail transit,it is necessary to pay attention to the management level of rail transit crew operation,which is also the key to ensure the quality of crew service.In this regard,based on the current situation of urban rail transit crew operation and management in China,the author of this paper explores the key points and difficulties of urban rail transit crew operation and management,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,in order to make a modest contribution to the long-term development of China's urban rail transit crew operation and management level.
