摘　　要：本文详细阐述了职业技能大赛对高职汽车技术服务与营销专业发展的促进作用。从提升学生实践与综合素养、推动课程改革、强化校企合作、促进师资建设等方面深入分析,并针对大赛在组织评价、成果转化、校企合作方面提出建议,重点结合汽车销售流程、营销策划、直播、机动车鉴定、保险理赔等赛项,展现大赛如何助力专业发展以满足汽车行业人才需求。This paper elaborates on the role of vocational skills competition in promoting the development of higher vocational automobile technical service and marketing profession.From the aspects of improving students'practical and comprehensive literacy,promoting curriculum reform,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and promoting teacher construction,the article makes in-depth analysis and puts forward suggestions for the competition in terms of organizational evaluation,achievement transformation,and school-enterprise cooperation,focusing on the combination of automobile sales process,marketing planning,live broadcasting,motor vehicle identification,insurance claims and other competitions,showing how the competition can help professional development to meet the talent needs of the automotive industry.
