摘 要:本文详细探讨了SME测量系统在白车身生产中的应用,重点描述了其关键组件、校准流程及工作机制,突出了系统在测量精度和自动化方面的显著优势。面对运行中的挑战,文章提出了切实可行的解决方案,包括关联性分析、机器人轨迹优化等,这些策略有效提升了系统的稳定性和一次下线合格率。文章还介绍了SME全自动测量系统的上线过程,展示了其在提高生产效率、降低返修成本以及确保产品质量方面的实际效益,证实了该系统在提升汽车制造工艺中的重要作用。This article discusses in detail the application of SME measurement systems in the production of body-in-white,focusing on its key components,calibration processes and working mechanisms,and highlighting the significant advantages of the system in terms of measurement accuracy and automation.In the face of the challenges in operation,this paper proposes practical solutions,including correlation analysis,robot trajectory optimization,etc.,which effectively improve the stability of the system and the pass rate of the first offline.The article also introduces the go-live process of the SME fully automatic measurement system,demonstrates its practical benefits in improving production efficiency,reducing repair costs,and ensuring product quality,confirming the important role of the system in improving the automotive manufacturing process.
