摘  要:高级修工艺质量在动车组运维体系中扮演着关键角色,并与动车组一、二级修的故障频次有显著的负相关性。该工艺涉及车组解编、部件检修、安装调试等一系列流水化、节拍化作业环节,构成了确保动车组安全稳定运行的核心指标体系。它对于故障的追溯预防、关键部件耐久性的提升以及整体运行可靠性的增强具有决定性影响。本文以轴温报警故障的首发、重大及安监故障数据为抓手,整理分类相关故障,并深层次进行分析。采用倒逼管理策略来推动高级修工艺标准的提高,明确相关部门和岗位的职责,并提出有效的改进措施,旨在降低关键部件的故障率和材料损耗,进而为动车组的安全运行提供坚实的基础。The quality of advanced repair technology plays a key role in the operation and maintenance system of EMU,and has a significant negative correlation with the failure frequency of the first and second level repairs of EMU.The process involves a series of streamlined and rhythmic operation links such as decomplication,component maintenance,installation and commissioning,etc,which constitutes the core index system to ensure the safe and stable operation of EMU.It has a decisive impact on the retrospective prevention of failures,the improvement of the durability of critical components and the overall increase in operational reliability.In this paper,the data of the first,major and safety supervision faults of the shaft temperature alarm fault are used as the starting point to sort out and classify the related faults,and analyze them in depth.The management strategy is adopted to promote the improvement of advanced repair process standards,clarify the responsibilities of relevant departments and positions,and put forward effective improvement measures,aiming to reduce the failure rate and material loss of key components,so as to provide a solid foundation for the safe operation of EMU.
