摘 要:随着智能制造技术的不断发展,视觉识别系统在工业领域的应用日益广泛,特别是在总装装配过程中发挥着重要作用。本文首先概述了工业视觉系统的发展历程及其主要构成,包括硬件组件和软件算法等关键要素。接着,文章详细探讨了3D工业视觉的几种主要分类及其特点,包括双目视觉系统、多目视觉系统、结构光视觉系统以及激光三角测量法,这些技术为高精度装配提供了有力支持。在实际应用部分,本文分析了视觉系统在总装装配中的具体应用实例,如装配检测、其他先进的3D视觉技术以及AI算法下的自动涂胶等。这些应用实例展示了视觉识别系统在提高装配精度、效率和质量控制方面的显著优势。本文旨在为工业视觉识别系统在总装装配中的应用提供全面而深入的探讨。With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing technology,visual recognition system is increasingly widely used in the industrial field,especially in the final assembly process.This article begins with an overview of the development history of industrial vision systems and their main components,including key elements such as hardware components and software algorithms.Next,the article discusses in detail the main classifications and characteristics of 3D industrial vision,including binocular vision systems,multi-vision systems,structured light vision systems,and laser triangulation,which provide strong support for high-precision assembly.In the practical application part,this paper analyzes the specific application examples of vision systems in final assembly,such as assembly inspection,other advanced 3D vision technologies,and automatic gluing under AI algorithms.These application examples demonstrate the significant advantages of visual recognition systems in terms of improving assembly accuracy,efficiency and quality control.The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the application of industrial visual identity system in final assembly.
