摘 要:数控编程技术是现代制造业中的核心技术之一,在复杂零件加工领域的应用极为广泛。复杂零件由于几何形状复杂、加工精度要求高、多轴联动需求突出,对数控编程技术提出了更高的要求。文章围绕数控编程技术在复杂零件加工中的技术特点展开分析,阐述其在曲面零件、多轴联动、微型复杂零件以及批量加工中的具体应用。此外,结合自适应加工技术、虚拟仿真技术及智能化编程等创新应用,探讨数控编程技术的未来发展方向。研究表明,数控编程技术通过路径优化、智能化升级和仿真应用,不仅提升了加工效率和质量,也为复杂零件制造提供了可靠的技术支持。CNC programming technology is one of the core technologies in modern manufacturing industry,and it is widely used in the field of complex parts processing.Due to the complex geometry,high machining accuracy requirements,and prominent multi-axis linkage requirements for complex parts,higher requirements are put forward for CNC programming technology.This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of CNC programming technology in the processing of complex parts,and expounds its specific application in curved parts,multi-axis linkage,micro complex parts and batch machining.In addition,combined with innovative applications such as adaptive machining technology,virtual simulation technology and intelligent programming,the future development direction of CNC programming technology is discussed.The research shows that CNC programming technology not only improves the processing efficiency and quality through path optimization,intelligent upgrading and simulation application,but also provides reliable technical support for complex parts manufacturing.
