摘　　要：本文利用SWOT分析汽车制造与试验技术专业的内部条件和外部环境,确定促进和阻碍专业发展的关键因素,在当前情况下汽车制造与试验技术专业应该培养一专多能的技术人才方能适应市场的需求。为此从课程体系设置、校企合作以及教师团队建设等方面制定了相应措施,使汽车制造与试验技术专业培养的人才满足当前行业的现状以及学生未来自身发展的需要。This paper uses SWOT to analyze the internal conditions and external environment of the automobile manufacturing and testing technology major,identify the key factors that promote and hinder the development of the major,and determine that the automobile manufacturing and testing technology major should cultivate multi-functional technical talents in order to meet the needs of the market under the current situation.To this end,corresponding measures have been formulated from the aspects of curriculum system setting,school-enterprise cooperation and teacher team building,so that the talents of automobile manufacturing and testing technology can meet the current situation of the industry and the needs of students’future development.
