摘　　要：随着我国新质生产力的快速发展,新能源汽车产业作为战略性新兴产业之一,对高素质技能型人才的需求日益迫切。为适应这一需求,新能源汽车运用与维修专业的教育改革势在必行。本文以“三教”(教师、教材、教法)改革为切入点,探讨如何在新质生产力发展背景下,提升新能源汽车专业人才培养质量,为新能源汽车产业发展提供有力支撑。With the rapid development of China's new quality productivity,the new energy vehicle industry,as one of the strategic emerging industries,has an increasingly urgent demand for high-quality skilled talents.In order to meet this demand,it is imperative to reform the education of new energy vehicle application and maintenance.This paper takes the reform of"three educations"(teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods)as the starting point,and discusses how to improve the quality of training of new energy vehicle professionals in the context of the development of new quality productivity,so as to provide strong support for the development of the new energy vehicle industry.
