摘 要:汽车技术在不断进步下,消费者对汽车可靠性的要求慢慢提高,整车可靠性试验在产品研发中的作用愈加突出,可靠性试验既能够评估整车在不同工况下的性能表现又可以发现潜在的设计缺陷与系统性问题。当下整车可靠性试验面临着试验周期长、成本高、试验环境复杂等挑战,怎样保证试验精度的同时提高效率,成为研究的重要方向。车整车可靠性试验的挑战主要体现在复杂系统的整体评估、试验数据的准确性、试验资源的优化配置等方面,亟需利用技术创新与智能化手段提升试验效能。With the continuous progress of automobile technology,consumers’requirements for automobile reliability are gradually increasing,and the role of vehicle reliability test in product research and development is becoming more and more prominent,and reliability test can not only evaluate the performance of the vehicle under different working conditions,but also find potential design defects and systemic problems.At present,the vehicle reliability test is faced with challenges such as long test cycle,high cost and complex test environment,and how to ensure the test accuracy and improve efficiency has become an important direction of research.The challenges of vehicle reliability testing are mainly reflected in the overall evaluation of complex systems,the accuracy of test data,and the optimal allocation of test resources,and it is urgent to use technological innovation and intelligent means to improve test efficiency.
