摘　　要：现有隔音屏清洗装置一般采用滚刷或者高压喷管装置对隔音屏的立面进行清洗。但现有隔音屏种类繁多,现有装置无法因地制宜,在作业之后容易存在死角,无法满足清洗要求,同时隔音屏清洗车价格普遍昂贵,结构复杂,操作难度大。本文针对清洗车的隔音屏清洗装置进行设计分析,采用上下活动喷管作为清洗装置,通过气缸控制各喷管角度,实现多角度清洗隔音屏的功能,结构简单,改装费用低,操作方便,同时能适配不同种类的隔音屏,使隔音屏的清洗达到最佳的清洗效果。The existing soundproof screen cleaning device generally uses a roller brush or a high-pressure nozzle device to clean the façade of the soundproof screen.But the existing sound insulation screen is various,and the existing device can not be suitable according to the place,and it is easy to have dead angle after operation,and can not meet the cleaning requirements,and the price of the sound insulation screen cleaning car is generally expensive,and the structure is complex,and the operation is difficult.This paper analyzes the design and analysis of the soundproof screen cleaning device of the cleaning vehicle,adopts the upper and lower movable nozzles as the cleaning device,controls the angle of each nozzle through the cylinder,realizes the function of multi-angle cleaning of the soundproof screen,the structure is simple,the modification cost is low,the operation is convenient,and it can adapt to different kinds of soundproof screens at the same time,so that the cleaning of the soundproof screen can achieve the best cleaning effect.
