基于FANUC数控机床全闭环伺服系统振动根源剖析与高效解决方案研究

摘  要:研究针对FANUC数控机床全闭环伺服系统振动问题展开深入分析。FANUC全闭环伺服系统广泛应用于机械加工设备,全闭环在提高机床精度的同时振动问题严重影响设备性能和加工精度。目前对该系统振动问题的研究比较单一,缺乏综合性。本文结合实际案例,找出导致系统振动的机械结构、电气和控制参数等多方面因素。针对这些问题,分别从机械结构调整、电气故障排除和控制参数优化三个方面提出了全面有效的解决方法。包括定期检查轴承状态并及时更换、对联轴器进行校准、稳定反馈电压、排查缺相故障以及合理调整速度环参数和正确设置位置环参数等措施。通过这些系统性的解决方法,为提高设备性能和加工精度提供了有力支持。This study analyzes the vibration problem of FANUC CNC machine tool closed-loop servo system.FANUC full closed-loop servo system is widely used in machining equipment,and the full closed-loop improves the accuracy of machine tools while the vibration problem seriously affects the performance of the equipment and machining accuracy.At present,the research on the vibration problem of the system is relatively simple and lacks comprehensiveness.In this case,we will find out the mechanical structure,electrical and control parameters that cause the vibration of the system.In view of these problems,comprehensive and effective solutions are proposed from three aspects:mechanical structure adjustment,electrical troubleshooting and control parameter optimization.It includes measures such as regularly checking the bearing status and replacing it in time,calibrating the coupling,stabilizing the feedback voltage,troubleshooting the phase loss,and reasonably adjusting the speed loop parameters and correctly setting the position loop parameters.Through these systematic solutions,we provide strong support for improving equipment performance and machining accuracy.
