摘 要:我国经济快速发展之下,国内很多企业纷纷尝试转型,对现有的生产技术进行革新,这促使前沿技术与先进管理理念逐渐渗透于机械加工当中。汽车作为人们出行的重要工具,其生产质量关系到驾驶者的安全。从汽车的生产角度来说,机械加工工艺合理,减少对汽车零部件精度的影响,汽车的安全性能和使用性能也就更有保障。本文以汽车零部件为例,首先阐述了机械加工工艺,随后分析了机械加工工艺对汽车零部件精度的影响,最后针对如何实施机械加工工艺,以保障零部件精度,指出了应用措施,以供参考。Under the rapid development of China's economy,many domestic enterprises have tried to transform and innovate the existing production technology,which has promoted the cutting-edge technology and advanced management concepts to gradually penetrate into the machining.As an important tool for people to travel,the production quality of automobiles is related to the safety of drivers.From the perspective of automobile production,the machining process is reasonable,which reduces the impact on the accuracy of automobile parts,and the safety performance and use performance of the automobile are more guaranteed.Taking auto parts as an example,this paper first expounds the machining process,then analyzes the influence of the machining process on the accuracy of the auto parts,and finally points out the application measures for how to implement the machining process to ensure the accuracy of the parts.
