摘　　要：在当前我国经济发展的新形势下,汽车领域的研究创造工作也在不断发展。汽车作为全球范围内人们出行的主要交通工具,需要注重提升其行驶的安全性和稳定性。其中,金属零部件作为汽车的一个重要组成部分,应该从现实出发,进一步对其全方位控制,从而在潜移默化的过程中,使加工生产的质量真正得到保障。与此同时,汽车零部件的疲劳断裂破坏将对汽车质量产生很大影响。因此,当前汽车研究工作应着重对金属零件的断裂破坏特点和规律进行合理分析,已为汽车安全行驶工作做好充足的准备,并帮助我国汽车研究工作进一步拓展和延伸。基于此,本文将针对汽车零部件疲劳断裂失效及其机理加以探索分析。Under the new situation of China's economic development,the research and creation work in the field of automobile is also developing.As the main means of transportation for people around the world,automobiles need to pay attention to improving their driving safety and stability.Among them,metal parts,as an important part of the automobile,should be based on reality,and further control it in an all-round way,so as to make the quality of processing and production truly guaranteed in the subtle process.At the same time,the fatigue fracture failure of auto parts will have a great impact on the quality of the car.Therefore,the current automobile research work should focus on the reasonable analysis of the fracture and failure characteristics and laws of metal parts,which has made sufficient preparations for the safe driving of automobiles and helped China's automobile research work to further expand and extend.Based on this,this paper will explore and analyze the fatigue fracture failure and its mechanism of auto parts.
