摘 要:针对某电厂现用励磁机转子摆度调整需依靠汽机房行车用钢丝绳托起励磁机转子摆度进行调整,存在调整效率低,误差大的问题。为高效调节励磁机转子摆度,基于该电厂三期600MW汽轮发电机组运行工况,介绍了现用励磁机转子摆度调整方式,分析了其存在的不足,设计了一种励磁机转子找摆度专用工具,应用专用工具后提高了整个工作流程中的安全性和可靠性,避免了设备损坏,降低了人力成本,提高了测量精度,提升调整效率。In view of the adjustment of the rotor swing of the exciter used in a power plant,it is necessary to rely on the wire rope used in the steam engine room to support the rotor swing of the exciter,which has the problems of low adjustment efficiency and large error.In order to efficiently adjust the swing of the exciter rotor,based on the operating conditions of the 600MW steam turbine generator set in the third phase of the power plant,the current exciter rotor swing adjustment method was introduced,the shortcomings were analyzed,and a special tool for finding the swing of the exciter rotor was designed,which improved the safety and reliability of the whole work process,avoided equipment damage,reduced labor costs,improved the measurement accuracy,and improved the adjustment efficiency.
