摘　　要：随着智慧物流的快速发展,物流行业正经历着前所未有的变革,对高校物流管理专业的教学提出了新的挑战和要求。本文聚焦智慧物流背景下高校物流管理专业教学研究。分析了智慧物流时代对物流管理人才在传统物流知识、信息技术运用、智能设备操作及综合素养等方面的市场需求。阐述了高校物流管理教学革新关键点,包括推动智慧物流产业进步及创新物流管理学科体系。提出教学改革策略,如推动校企合作、调整课程设置、开展技能竞赛及实行“课岗融合”,以提升学生实践与创新能力,为培养智慧物流人才提供参考。With the rapid development of smart logistics,the logistics industry is undergoing unprecedented changes,which puts forward new challenges and requirements for the teaching of logistics management in colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the teaching and research of logistics management in colleges and universities under the background of smart logistics.This paper analyzes the market demand for logistics management talents in the era of smart logistics in terms of traditional logistics knowledge,information technology application,intelligent equipment operation and comprehensive literacy.This paper expounds the key points of logistics management teaching innovation in colleges and universities,including promoting the progress of smart logistics industry and innovating the logistics management discipline system.Teaching reform strategies are proposed,such as promoting school-enterprise cooperation,adjusting curriculum settings,carrying out skill competitions and implementing "class-post integration",so as to improve students' practical and innovative ability and provide reference for cultivating smart logistics talents.
