摘　　要：针对高职院校工业机器人专业人才培养与企业人才需求不匹配问题,通过岗课对接、赛课对接、证课对接、师资队伍建设方面进行了“岗课赛证”融通下的育人模式探索。优化工业机器人专业人才培养体系,使人才培养更加精准地对接产业需求,培养符合岗位需求的高素质技术技能人才,提高人才培养质量。Aiming at the mismatch between the talent cultivation of the industrial robot major in higher vocational colleges and the talent needs of enterprises,this paper explores the education mode under the integration of "posts,courses,competitions,and certifications" from aspects such as the connection between posts and courses,competitions and courses,certifications and courses,and the construction of teaching staff.It optimizes the talent cultivation system for the industrial robot major,making talent cultivation more accurately meet the industrial needs,cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the post requirements,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
