摘  要:随着新能源电动汽车驱动电机高速化与集成化的发展,对新能源变速器壳体的轻量化及低噪声辐射也提出了新的设计需求。结合经典力学理论和有限元分析理论,以某新能源电动汽车变速器壳体为研究对象,运用ANSYS workbench分析工具对优化设计后的变速器壳体进行自由模态分析和约束模态分析,以确定变速器壳体各阶频率下的固有频率及其振动变化趋势。仿真分析结果表明,在自由模态分析下该研究设计的变速器壳体的固有频率接近于0Hz,在约束模态分析下该研究设计的变速器壳体的固有频率大于643Hz。仿真分析结果说明了优化设计后变速器壳体的固有频率可以有效避开齿轮旋转产生的冲击振动频率,满足产品设计的要求。本研究的过程与方法可为后续变速器壳体结构设计提供重要参考。With the development of high-speed and integrated drive motors of new energy electric vehicles,new design requirements are also put forward for the lightweight and low-noise radiation of new energy transmission housings.Combined with the classical mechanics theory and finite element analysis theory,the free mode analysis and constrained mode analysis of the optimized design of the transmission shell were carried out by using ANSYS workbench analysis tools to determine the natural frequency and vibration change trend of the transmission shell at each order frequency.The simulation results show that the natural frequency of the transmission housing designed in this study is close to 0 Hzunder the free mode analysis,and the natural frequency of the transmission housing designed in this study is greater than 643 Hz under the constrained mode analysis.The simulation results show that the natural frequency of the transmission housing after the optimized design can eff ectively avoid the shock vibration frequency generated by gear rotation and meet the requirements of product design.The process and method of this study can provide an important reference for the subsequent design of transmission housing structure.
