摘　　要：本文介绍了电器支架的注射模具设计,包括材料选择、成型方案确定、注塑机及模架选择、浇注系统设计等。通过详细的计算和分析,确定了模具的结构形式、工作尺寸、支撑与连接零件的设计与选择。最终试模结果表明,生产的电器支架无毛刺、飞边,质量符合要求,为同类型模具设计提供了有益的参考。This paper introduces the design of injection mold for electrical brackets,including material selection,molding scheme determination,injection molding machine and mold base selection,gating system design,etc.Through detailed calculation and analysis,the structural form,working size,design and selection of supporting and connecting parts of the mold were determined.The final mold test results show that the electrical bracket produced has no burrs and flashes,and the quality meets the requirements,which provides a useful reference for the design of the same type of mold.
