摘 要:复杂零件作为现代制造业的核心部件,其精度、性能和可靠性直接关系到高新技术产业的发展水平,尤其是在航空航天、医疗器械、光学仪器等领域,这些领域对零件的加工精度、表面质量和生产效率都有极高的要求。本文深入探讨了数控加工技术在复杂零件制造中的应用现状及其优化策略,通过详细分析数控加工技术的优势及其在复杂零件制造中的具体应用,提出有效的优化方案,实现零件加工的高精度、高效率和高质量,为现代制造业转型升级提供有力支撑。As the core components of modern manufacturing industry,the precision,performance and reliability of complex parts are directly related to the development level of high-tech industries,especially in the fields of aerospace,medical equipment,optical instruments and other fields,which have extremely high requirements for the processing accuracy,surface quality and production efficiency of parts.This paper deeply discusses the application status and optimization strategy of CNC machining technology in the manufacture of complex parts,and proposes an eff ective optimization scheme through a detailed analysis of the advantages of CNC machining technology and its specific application in the manufacture of complex parts,so as to achieve high precision,high efficiency and high quality of parts processing,and provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of modern manufacturing industry.
