摘  要:文章通过实验分析了铝合金激光焊接熔池中气孔形成的机理,研究了被焊零件间间隙与熔池中气孔率的关系。结果表明,铝合金激光焊熔池中的气孔主要是由于焊接过程中孔壁坍塌,熔池中的气体来不及溢出被包裹在坍塌的孔壁内形成了气孔。被焊零件间的间隙小于0.3mm时会增加气孔溢出的概率,减少熔池中的气孔率。The mechanism of porosity formation in laser welding pool of aluminum alloy was analyzed by experiments,and the relationship between the gap of welded parts and the porosity in the pool was studied.The results showed that the pores in the aluminum alloy laser welding pool were mainly due to the collapse of the pore wall during the welding process.The gas in the welding pool could not overflow and was trapped inside the collapsed pore wall,forming pores.When the gap between the welded parts was less than 0.3mm,the probability of porosity overflow increased,and the porosity rate in the welding pool decreased.
