摘　　要：本文运用波特五力模型对汽车检验检测行业的竞争环境进行了深入分析。通过对行业新进入者的威胁、替代品的威胁、供应商的议价能力、购买者的议价能力和现有竞争者的竞争程度五个维度的剖析,揭示了汽车检验检测行业当前的竞争态势。在此基础上,提出了提升行业竞争力的路径建议,旨在为汽车检验检测行业的可持续发展提供理论支持和实践指导。This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the competitive environment of the automotive inspection and testing industry by applying Porter's Five Forces Model.Through the examination of fi ve dimensions including the threat of new entrants,the threat of substitutes,the bargaining power of suppliers,the bargaining power of buyers,and the intensity of competition among existing competitors,the current competitive situation of the automotive inspection and testing industry is revealed.On this basis,suggestions for enhancing the industry's competitiveness are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the automotive inspection and testing industry.
