摘 要:随着现代制造业的快速发展,数控机电设备已广泛应用于各种工业领域。由于其复杂的机械、电气和控制系统结构,这类设备在长期运行中不可避免地面临多种故障,影响生产效率和经济效益。本文分析了数控机电设备常见的三类故障类型:机械系统故障、电气系统故障和控制系统故障,并系统探讨了相应的故障诊断方法,包括传统诊断方法、智能化诊断技术和仿真诊断技术。此外,提出了三种维修策略:预防性维修、预测性维修和故障恢复与应急维修,以实现高效的设备管理和故障处理。研究结果为提高数控机电设备的稳定性和可靠性提供了理论指导和实践参考。With the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry,CNC electromechanical equipment has been widely used in various industrial fi elds.Due to its complex mechanical,electrical and control system structure,such equipment inevitably faces a variety of failures in long-term operation,aff ecting production effi ciency and economic benefi ts.This paper analyzes three common types of faults in CNC electromechanical equipment:mechanical system faults,electrical system faults and control system faults,and systematically discusses the corresponding fault diagnosis methods,including traditional diagnosis methods,intelligent diagnosis technology and simulation diagnosis technology.In addition,three maintenance strategies are proposed:preventive maintenance,predictive maintenance,and fault recovery and emergency maintenance to achieve effi cient equipment management and troubleshooting.The research results provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for improving the stability and reliability of CNC electromechanical equipment.
