摘  要:在汽车的轻量化研究中铝合金因具有比重量低、抗氧化性强等特点而得到广泛应用,但在车身精细焊接或高效修复过程中仍面临一定挑战。本文采用变极性钨极氩弧焊(VP-TIG)研究了铝合金焊缝形貌受工艺参数影响的规律,探讨了峰值电流、焊接速度与熔深、熔宽及阴极清理宽度的关联性。研究发现熔宽对电流波动的反映更灵敏,且呈正相关增长;提升焊接速度会使得阴极清理宽度有所缩减,而富裕清理宽度的变化并不明显;且熔宽对焊接速度的变化表现出快速的响应特性。在特定的焊接电流参数下,调整焊接速度可以用来优化焊缝的外观及形态,同时提高焊接、修复的安全性和稳定性。In the research of automotive lightweighting,aluminum alloys are widely used due to their low specifi c weight and strong oxidation resistance,yet they still pose certain challenges in precision welding or effi cient repair of vehicle bodies.This paper employs Variable Polarity Tungsten Inert Gas Welding(VP-TIG)to investigate the process parameters infl uencing the weld appearance of aluminum alloys,analyzing the relationship between welding speed,peak current,and parameters such as penetration depth,weld width,and cathode cleaning width.The study found that the weld width is more sensitive to changes in peak current and increases as the peak current rises.The cathode cleaning width decreases as the welding speed increases,while the variation in surplus cleaning width is insignifi cant.Additionally,the weld width exhibits a rapid response to changes in welding speed.Under specifi c welding current parameters,adjusting the welding speed can be used to optimize the appearance and morphology of the weld,while simultaneously enhancing the safety and stability of the welding and repair process.
