摘 要:当前,智能制造已成为全球制造业转型升级的重要方向,而机器视觉与感知技术在智能制造中也成为关键要素。本文主要分析机器视觉与感知技术在智能制造中的应用,包括在产品检测、机器人导航、生产过程监控以及物流与仓储管理等方面展现的应用价值。然后,本文探讨当前面临的技术适应性、成本高昂以及专业人才短缺等诸多挑战,认为随着智能化、集成化、便携化以及标准化等发展趋势的不断推进,其必将在未来的智能制造领域迎来更为广阔的应用空间和发展机遇。Currently,intelligent manufacturing has become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the global manufacturing industry,and machine vision and perception technology have also become key elements in intelligent manufacturing.This article mainly analyzes the application value of machine vision and perception technology in intelligent manufacturing,including product inspection,robot navigation,production process monitoring,and logistics and warehouse management.Then,this article explores the many challenges currently faced,such as technological adaptability,high costs,and shortage of professional talents.It is believed that with the continuous promotion of trends such as intelligence,integration,portability,and standardization,it will inevitably usher in a wider application space and development opportunities in the fi eld of intelligent manufacturing in the future.
