摘  要:本文主要讨论了油底壳下盖的冲压成形和拉深模具设计。这类零件具有高表面质量、良好刚性、大尺寸和复杂形状的特点。制造过程包括落料、拉深、修边、翻边和冲孔等多道工序,其中拉深工序是关键。详细分析了冲压件的形状、尺寸、成形性能及毛坯尺寸,并拟定了拉深模具的基本结构。设计中考虑了技术和经济因素,力求使模具结构简单、易于加工、成本最低。通过精确计算与经验设计相结合,提高了产品质量、降低了成本,延长了模具寿命并提升了生产效率。This paper mainly discusses the stamping forming and drawing die design of the lower cover of the oil pan.These parts are characterized by high surface quality,good rigidity,large dimensions and complex shapes.The manufacturing process includes blanking,drawing,trimming,fl anging and punching,among which the drawing process is the key.The shape,size,formability and blank size of the stamping parts were analyzed in detail,and the basic structure of the drawing die was formulated.Technical and economic factors are considered in the design,and strive to make the mold structure simple,easy to process,and the lowest cost.The combination of accurate calculations and empirical design improves product quality,reduces costs,extends mold life,and increases productivity.
