摘 要:本文围绕汽车盘式制动器展开深入研究,重点关注其性能优化与热衰退现象。首先阐述盘式制动器的工作原理、结构特点及在汽车制动系统中的重要性。接着详细分析热衰退现象产生的机理,包括摩擦材料特性、制动盘温度升高对摩擦系数的影响等因素。随后探讨热衰退现象对盘式制动器性能的影响,如制动距离变长、制动效能降低等。在此基础上,研究用于评估盘式制动器性能和热衰退程度的多种方法,包括台架试验、理论建模分析等。进一步探索性能优化的策略,涵盖改进摩擦材料、优化制动盘结构设计、改善散热系统等方面。旨在提高盘式制动器的性能,减少热衰退现象对汽车制动安全的影响。This paper focuses on the in-depth research of automotive disc brakes,their performance optimization and thermal degradation.Firstly,the working principle,structural characteristics and importance of disc brakes in automobile braking system are described.Then,the mechanism of thermal decay is analyzed in detail,including the characteristics of friction materials,the infl uence of the temperature increases of the brake disc on the friction coeffi cient and other factors.Then,the infl uence of thermal decay on the performance of disc brakes is discussed,such as the longer braking distance and the lower braking effi ciency.On this basis,a variety of methods are used to evaluate the performance and thermal degradation of disc brakes,including bench tests,theoretical modeling and analysis,etc.Then the paper Further explores the strategy of performance optimization,including improving friction materials,optimizing the structural design of brake discs,and improving the heat dissipation system.It is designed to improve the performance of disc brakes and reduce the impact of thermal decay on automotive braking safety.
