摘  要:本研究对40份燕麦种质资源进行了耐盐性筛选评价鉴定,旨在筛选出耐盐性强的燕麦品种,为盐碱地改良和农业可持续发展提供支持。通过本研究,筛选出了萌发期强耐盐种质A18、AN10和N16以及苗期强耐盐种质A06、A11和N04。研究确定了200 mmol/L的NaCl浓度为燕麦萌发期耐盐性筛选的适宜浓度,并提出了使用对照品种和相对盐害指数提高苗期耐盐性的鉴定准确性有效方法。燕麦种质在不同发育时期的耐盐性表现可能不同,因此,在进行燕麦种质资源评价时,需要综合考虑不同生育时期的耐盐性鉴定结果。This study conducted a salt tolerance screening,evaluation,and identification of 40 oat germplasm resources,aiming to select oat varieties with strong salt tolerance to support saline-alkali land improvement and sustainable agricultural development.Through this research,germplasm with strong salt tolerance at the germination stage,such as A18,AN10,and N16,and seedlings with strong salt tolerance,including A06,A11,and N04,were identified.The study determined that a NaCl concentration of 200 mmol/L was suitable for screening salt tolerance at the germination stage of oats and proposed that using control varieties and relative salt injury index were effective methods to improve the accuracy of salt tolerance identification at the seedling stage.The salt tolerance performance of oat germplasm may vary at different developmental stages;therefore,when evaluating oat germplasm resources,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the salt tolerance identification results at different growth periods.
