摘  要:目的对骨关节炎和中性粒细胞相关性研究领域进行全面分析,并对研究热点和未来前景进行探讨。方法从Web of Science Core Collection数据库检索骨关节炎和中性粒细胞相关性研究的所有文章,并用CiteSpace(version 6.3 R1)、VOSviewer(version 1.6.18)和bibliometrix(version 4.1.3)对其出版特征、国家/地区和机构、作者、期刊、参考文献和关键词进行统计学和可视化分析。结果共提取590篇文章用于分析,年发表量和引用量稳定增加。美国是最大的论文产出国。Koch Ae发表论文最多(10篇)。“rheumatoid arthritis”“osteoarthritis”“inflammation”和“synovial fluid”是该领域主要的关键词。聚类分析表明,微生物转运和先天性免疫是当前的研究热点。结论骨关节炎和中性粒细胞的相关性研究日益增多。中性粒细胞在骨关节炎发生发展中发挥着不可或缺的作用,并提示着疾病的预后。靶向中性粒细胞的免疫疗法也具有潜在价值。Objective This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the field of osteoarthritis and neutrophil correlation research and discusses research hotspots and future prospects.Methods We retrieved all articles on osteoarthritis and neutrophil correlation research from the Web of Science Core Collection database,analyzed and visualized their publication characteristics,country/region and institution,authors,journals,references,and keywords using CiteSpace(6.3 R1),VOSviewer(version 1.6.18),and bibliometrix(version 4.1.3).Results We extracted a total of 590 articles for analysis,with a steady increase in annual publications and citations.The United States is the largest paper producing country.Koch Ae published the most papers(10).Rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis,inflammation,synovial fluid were the main keywords in the field.Cluster analysis showed that microbial transport and innate immunity are current research hotspots.Conclusion The correlation between osteoarthritis and neutrophils is increasingly being studied.Neutrophils play an integral role in the development of osteoarthritis and suggest the prognosis of the disease.Immunotherapy targeting neutrophils also has great potential.
