摘　　要：1994年接触文献,1996年亲历西藏,完成博士学业后又续上旧弦,至今仍在西藏及其周边奔走。走进藏族聚居区三十年,现身说法:从确定基本研究方向到产出系列成果,从独自调查到组建团队,点破在世界屋脊做田野工作的奥秘,那就是坚持信念、笑看人生,顺利时珍惜资源,逆境中不屈不挠,冷静分析形势,科学确定目标,讲究协同效应,破解“高投入、低产出”的难题。The author began his research in 1994 and conducted fieldwork in Tibet in 1996. Three years later,he restrung the old strings,and has been shuttling between Tibet and its surrounding areas ever since. This article is the author's personal experience. His producing a series of research results during the period from defining his basic research direction to conduct solo investigations himself in Tibet,and to organize his own studying team,and as well as insist on doing research. The author reveals the qualities needed for fieldwork on the of the world:perseverance,a sense of humor,resourcefulness in favorable conditions,tenacity in adversity,calm analysis of the situation,scientific goal setting,attention to synergistic effects,to solve the problem of“high investment,low output”.
