摘  要:利用烯烃复分解反应,以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)为链转移剂,在GrubbsⅡ的催化下成功地将废旧天然胶乳手套降解成低聚物,系统研究了反应条件对烯烃复分解产物的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为60℃,胶乳手套与KH570质量比为1/2时,可得到数均相对分子质量为19899的低聚物。将该低聚物作为一种增塑剂再用回到橡胶体系中,并与传统增塑剂做平行对比。结果发现,该低聚物可以较大幅度降低混炼胶的门尼黏度,同时还可以缩短硫化时间,提高交联密度;而且相对于含环烷油胶料,含低聚物的硫化胶的拉伸强度明显提高;更重要的是该废旧胶乳手套降解产物作为增塑剂比环烷油有更优异的耐抽出性和耐挥发性。Utilizing the olefin metathesis reaction and usingγ-methacryloyloxy propyltrimethoxy silane as the chain transfer agent and the catalysis of GrubbsⅡ,waste natural latex gloves were successfully degraded into oligomers.The effect of reaction conditions on olefin metathesis products was systematically studied.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 60℃and the mass ratio of latex gloves to KH570 is 1/2,the oligomer with a number average relative molecular mass of 19899 can be obtained.The oligomer is used back into the rubber system as plasticizer and compared with traditional plasticizers.The results show that the oligomer can significantly reduce the Mooney viscosity of the compound rubber,and also shorten the vulcanization time and increase the crosslink density.Moreover,compared with naphthenic oil-containing rubber,the tensile strength of vulcanized rubber containing oligomers is significantly improved.More importantly,as plasticizer,the degradation products of waste latex gloves exhibit superior extraction resistance and volatility resistance compared to naphthenic oil.
