摘  要:基于ABAQUS软件,以205/55R16规格轿车子午线轮胎为研究对象,建立了轮胎三维有限元模型,通过设计正交实验,研究了三角胶端点-胎体反包端点距离(因素A)、三角胶端点-耐磨胶端点距离(因素B)和耐磨胶-胎侧胶搭接量(因素C)三个变量对轮胎三角胶附近耐久性和接地性能的影响,三角胶附近耐久性能以Mises应力、应变能密度和应变能密度梯度为评价指标,接地性能以接地压力偏度值和接地面积为评价指标。结果表明,三角胶附近耐久性能的最大影响因素为因素A,因素C与因素B次之,接地性能受影响较小。综合考虑,最优设计方案为因素A:7 mm,因素B:15 mm,因素C:5 mm,与原设计相比,最大Mises应力降低5.5%,最大应变能密度降低12.4%,耐久性能得到提升,达到了优化的目的。Based on ABAQUS,a three-dimensional finite element model of 205/55R16 specification radial car tires is established as the research object in this article.Through orthogonal experiments,the effects of three variables,namely the distance between the end point of the triangle rubber and the reverse height of the tire body(factor A),the distance between the end point of the triangle rubber and the end point of the wear-resistant rubber(factor B),and the overlap between the wear-resistant rubber and the sidewall rubber(factor C),on the durability and grounding performance near the triangle rubber of the tire are studied.The durability performance near the triangular adhesive is evaluated by Mises stress,strain energy density,and strain energy density gradient,and the grounding performance is evaluated by the grounding pressure deviation value and the grounding area.The results show that the maximum influencing factor on the durability near the triangular adhesive is factor A,followed by factors C and B.The grounding performance is less affected.After comprehensive consideration,the optimal design schemes of factor A,B and C are 7 mm,15 mm and 5 mm respectively.Compared with the original design,the maximum Mises stress is reduced by 5.5%,the maximum strain energy density is reduced by 12.4%,and the durability is improved,achieving the optimization goal.
