摘 要:为了探究橡胶壁面滑移对产品质量的影响,以熔融氯丁橡胶(CR)为例,深入研究了其在注射过程中的壁面滑移现象。基于Polyflow,分析了不同滑移系数对胶料温度场、压力场、速度场和剪切速率场的影响,并揭示了其内在机理。结果表明,滑移系数的增大会导致喷嘴内壁面对胶料的缠结作用增强,从而增加流动阻力和剪切应力,导致壁面处胶料温度升高,胶料与流道壁面的滑移行为减弱,速度分布均匀性变差,剪切速率增加;滑移系数较小时,情况相反。In order to investigate the influence of rubber wall slip on product quality,molten chloroprene rubber(CR)was taken as an example and in-depth research was conducted on its wall slip phenomenon during injection.Based on Polyflow,the effects of different slip coefficients on the temperature field,pressure field,velocity field,and shear rate field of rubber materials were analyzed,and the underlying mechanisms were revealed.The research results indicate that an increase in the slip coefficient will lead to an increase in the entanglement effect of the nozzle inner wall on the rubber material,thereby increasing the flow resistance and shear stress,resulting in an increase in the temperature of the rubber material at the wall,a decrease in the slip behavior between the rubber material and the channel wall,a deterioration in the uniformity of velocity distribution,and an increase in shear rate;when the slip coefficient is small,the opposite is true.
