摘 要:研究了不同牌号丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)的交联反应和力学性能,进一步考察了六亚甲基二胺氨基甲酸盐(HMDC)、二邻甲苯胍(DOTG)、胺类活化剂(ACT55)、十八胺(18D)对ACM交联反应动力学和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,可以用K-S模型对羧酸型ACM硫化曲线进行拟合,得出交联反应的反应级数在0.80~1.71之间;根据阿伦尼乌斯方程计算HMDC、DOTG、ACT55、18D与ACM的反应活化能分别为254.0、211.9、279.1、289.3 kJ/mol,ACT55、18D与ACM交联反应的温度敏感性更高。五种ACM中,国产ACM的综合力学性能最好,具有良好的加工安全性和较小的压缩永久变形。HMDC用量增加可以提高耐低温性能。DOTG与ACT55相比,DOTG胶料的焦烧时间较长,而ACT55胶料硫化速度较快、力学性能较高尤其是压变很低。18D能改善ACM防硫化焦烧性能,但降低硫化程度、拉伸硬度和强度,增加拉断伸长率、压缩永久变形和耐寒性。This article investigates the crosslinking reaction and mechanical properties of different grades of acrylic rubber(ACM)and further investigates the effects of hexamethylenediamine carbamate(HMDC),di-o-toluene guanidine(DOTG),amine activator(ACT55),and octadecylamine(18D)on the crosslinking reaction kinetics and physical and mechanical properties of ACM.The results indicate that the K-S model can be used to fit the sulfurization curve of carboxylic acid type ACM,and the reaction order of crosslinking reaction is between 0.80~1.71.According to the Arrhenius equation,the reaction activation energies of HMDC,DOTG,ACT55,18D,and ACM are calculated to be 254.0,211.9,279.1,and 289.3 kJ/mol,respectively.The temperature sensitivity of the crosslinking reaction between ACT55,18D,and ACM is higher.Among the 5 types of ACM,domestically produced ACM has the best comprehensive mechanical performance,with good processing safety and relatively small compression permanent deformation.Increasing the dosage of HMDC can improve the low-temperature resistance performance.Compared with ACT55,DOTG rubber has a longer scorch time,while ACT55 rubber has a faster vulcanization rate,higher mechanical properties,and especially lower compression deformation.18D can improve the anti sulfurization and scorching performance of ACM,but reduce the degree of sulfurization,tensile hardness and strength.The elongation at break,compression deformation and cold resistance also increase.
