摘  要:采用丁二烯阴离子溶液两段聚合生成聚丁二烯(PB),PB再经催化加氢制备聚乙烯-正丁烯聚合物(PEBE),分别讨论了调节剂和温度对1,2-加成单元含量、加氢催化剂对加氢度、PEBE两段的相对分子质量及其分布和微观结构等对其性能的影响。结果表明,在第一段PB的数均相对分子质量(M n)为(2.5~3.5)×10^(4)、乙烯基单元质量分数为11.5%~12.7%;高度氢化后PEBE的M n为(9.0~11.5)×10^(4)、乙基单元质量分数为24.5%~27.4%、相对分子质量分布指数为1.8~2.3的条件下,得到的PEBE具有优良的物理机械性能和耐高、低温性能,突显出聚烯烃热塑性弹性体的行为。Polybutadiene(PB)was synthesized via two-stage anionic solution polymerization of butadiene,followed by catalytic hydrogenation to prepare polyethylene-co-butene polymer(PEBE).This study systematically investigated the effects of modulators and temperature on the 1,2-addition unit content,hydrogenation catalysts on hydrogenation degree,as well as the relative molecular weight,molecular weight distribution,and microstructure of PEBE segments on material properties.The results demonstrated that under optimized conditions-PB with number-average molecular weight Mn of(2.5~3.5)×10^(4)and vinyl unit mass fraction of 11.5%~12.7%in the first stage,and hydrogenated PEBE with M n of(9.0~11.5)×10^(4),ethyl unit mass fraction of 24.5%~27.4%,and molecular weight distribution index of 1.8~2.3.The resulting PEBE exhibited excellent physical-mechanical properties and high/low-temperature resistance,demonstrating the behavior characteristic of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomers.
