摘 要:主要研究了白炭黑补强溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)体系中,不同生物基树脂对胶料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,与含环保芳烃油(TDAE)胶料相比,生物基树脂的加入使混炼胶最高扭矩与最低扭矩的差值(M H-M L)减小,焦烧时间(t c10)缩短,工艺正硫化时间(t 90)延长;填料网络效应减弱,白炭黑的分散变好。此外硫化胶的力学性能提高,拉伸强度提高了2.3~4.8 MPa;耐磨性能下降了18%~40%。对于动态性能,不同种类生物基树脂加入后,胶料损耗因子(tanδ)曲线明显向高温区偏移,硫化胶玻璃化转变温度(T g)升高。加入松香类树脂后,0℃的tanδ增大,60℃的tanδ增大程度较小,综合动态性能更好。综上所述,松香类树脂在力学性能、动态性能方面表现较为优异。The effects of different bio-based resins on the structure and properties of rubber compounds in silica-reinforced solubilized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)systems were mainly investigated.It was found that the addition of bio-based resins reduced the difference between the maximum torque and the minimum torque(M_(H)-M_(L))of the compound,shortened the scorch time(t_(c10)),and lengthened the process positive vulcanization time(t_(90))compared with the rubber containing environmentally friendly aromatic oils(TDAE);the filler network effect was weakened,and the dispersion of silica became better.In addition,the mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber were improved,and the tensile strength was increased by 2.3~4.8 MPa;the abrasion resistance was decreased by 18%~40%.For the dynamic properties,after adding different kinds of bio-based resins,the curve of the rubber's loss factor(tanδ)was obviously shifted to the high-temperature region,and the glass transition temperature(T_(g))of the vulcanized rubber was increased.After the addition of rosin-based resins,the tanδat 0℃increased,and the tanδat 60℃increased to a smaller extent,and the comprehensive dynamic performance was better.In summary,rosin-based resins had superior mechanical and dynamic properties.
