改性空心玻璃微珠对轻质橡胶密度和力学性能的影响

摘  要:研究了丁吡胶乳、高苯乙烯橡胶/炭黑比例、改性剂种类和改性温度对天然橡胶(NR)硫化特性和力学性能的影响,并制备了高性能轻质顺丁橡胶和聚氨酯橡胶。结果表明,空心玻璃微珠能有效降低NR硫化胶的密度,并在用量为10~20份时,密度小于1.0 g/cm^(3),DIN磨耗体积小于200 mm^(3)。丁吡胶乳过多会降低NR硫化胶的硬度、磨耗、撕裂强度,并增加密度。增加高苯乙烯橡胶用量可显著提高NR硫化胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,同时降低密度;提高改性温度有利于改善NR硫化胶的力学性能和降低密度。硅烷偶联剂Si69的效果优于KH550和丁吡胶乳。NR在密度小于0.85 g/cm^(3)时,拉伸强度大于9 MPa,断裂伸长率大于500%,耐磨性稍差;顺丁橡胶在密度小于1 g/cm 3时,DIN磨耗体积接近60 mm^(3),拉伸强度大于7 MPa,断裂伸长率超过300%。混炼型聚氨酯橡胶虽然密度略高,但具有更大的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。The effects of butylpyridine latex,high styrene rubber/carbon black ratio,modifier type and modification temperature on the vulcanisation characteristics and mechanical properties of natural rubber were investigated,and high-property and low-density cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber and millable polyurethane rubber were prepared.The results show that hollow glass beads can effectively reduce the density of vulcanised rubber,and at a dosage of 10~20 parts,the density is less than 1.0 g/cm^(3)and the DIN abrasion volume is less than 200 mm^(3).Too much butyl-pyridine latex reduces hardness,abrasion,tear strength and increases density.Increasing the amount of high-styrene-rubber can significantly improve the tensile strength and elongation at break while reducing the density.Increasing the modification temperature is conducive to improving the mechanical properties and reducing the density.The effect of the silane coupling agent Si69 is better than that of KH550 and butyl-pyridine latex.The tensile strength,elongation and moderate adhesion resistance of natural rubber are greater than 9 MPa,greater than 500%and at a density of less than 0.85 g/cm^(3).The DIN abrasion,tensile strength,and elongation of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber are 60 mm^(3),greater than 7 MPa and 300%respectively,with a density of less than 1 g/cm^(3).Polyurethane rubber has higher tensile strength and elongation,although its density is slightly bigger.
